Job summary

Driftwood-Healthcare-Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care under supervision. The role emphasizes compassionate resident support, adherence to care plans, and timely reporting of changes.

The CNA will assist with meals, mobility, personal care, and daily activities while maintaining safety protocols and a patient-centered approach in a residential setting.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a CNA program or hold CNA license.
• Minimum 6 months of CNA experience or clinical experience during training.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English.
• Ability to interact tactfully with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine nursing care per policies and procedures.
• Conduct resident rounds at shift start and every two hours.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in residents' rooms and bathrooms.
• Report changes or concerns to Charge Nurse or supervisor.
• Attend trainings and contribute to quality resident care.
