Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide caring and personalized assistance for residents in our community. The CNA will support residents with daily activities, observe and report changes in condition, and maintain high standards of safety and dignity.

Responsibilities include following resident care plans, assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, nutrition, and mobility, and documenting care using CareTracker.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA per state laws.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with elderly residents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide 1440 care.
• Review Resident Care Plans at start of shift.
• Bathe and clean residents as needed (bed bath/shower/whirlpool).
• Assist in cleaning teeth, hair, nails, makeup, shaving and glasses for residents.
• Assist residents in dressing and maintaining dignity.
• Make beds and keep room tidy.
• Assist in feeding residents and setting up trays.
• Answer calls promptly and keep lights within reach.
• Assist with bedpan/urinal/bedside commode and changing diapers as needed.
• Record vital signs and report anomalies to nurse.
