Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred or required by state regulations.

• Identify residents, administer treatments and assist with daily living activities.
• Record entries accurately and report changes to supervisors and Nurse/Charge Nurse.
