Job summary

PACS is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care for residents in a Florida facility, following each resident's assessment and care plan. You will work under supervision to ensure safety, comfort, and dignity for residents.

Responsibilities include confirming resident identity before procedures, documenting accurately, and reporting changes promptly. CPR may be preferred; confidentiality and professional conduct are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals using wristbands/photo IDs.
• Record entries clearly in flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident health information and report any disclosures.
