Qualifications

• Ability to interact tactfully with residents, family, visitors, and staff.
• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and procedures.
• Make rounds at shift start and every two hours to provide care.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals.
• Dress residents and assist with clothing and meals.
• Keep residents clean, fed and comfortable.
• Attend trainings and meetings as directed.
• Report concerns to the Charge Nurse.
