Qualifications

• Certified nursing assistant with ability to communicate with residents.
• Prior experience with direct patient care preferable.
• Enrollment or eligibility for PA nurse aide registry within 120 days of program completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and ensure comfort.
• Report observations to the nurse and document care provided.
• Support residents during meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Contribute to care/service plans to improve residents’ lives.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and observe safety protocols.

Education

CNA certification (MO/IL/PA)
