Lutheran Senior Services is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide daily supportive and functional care to residents in a respectful, person-centered environment. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to support residents in daily activities, comfort, and dignity while ensuring timely response to call lights and requests.

This role emphasizes collaboration with licensed staff, accurate documentation of care, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Missouri CNA certification or equivalent, or be enrolled/eligible in PA registry within 120 days of training completion.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families.
• Experience with direct patient/resident care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and comfort measures.
• Answer call lights and requests promptly and report observations to nurse.
• Support residents' dignity and independence; promote self-care where possible.
• Document care provided in clinical records per policy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
