Qualifications

• Have a license as a certified nursing assistant (CNA).

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to interact tactfully with residents, families, staff and the public.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and safe nursing procedures.
• Make resident rounds at start of shift and every two hours thereafter.
• Verify resident ID before care or meals.
• Record and report changes to the Charge Nurse or supervisor.
• Maintain clean bedsides, tables, water pitchers and supplies.
