Job summary

Ennis Care Center seeks a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care as outlined in each resident’s assessment and care plan. You will identify residents, record care details, and report changes to supervisory staff while maintaining resident confidentiality.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, carrying out care procedures you are trained to perform, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must have at least a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and professional journals.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care aligned with care plans.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or services.
• Report changes in residents' condition promptly to the Nurse Supervisor.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any breaches.
