Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per care plans.
• Identify residents before tasks and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Assist residents with meals, hygiene, mobility, and positioning.
• Report changes to nurses and document observations as directed.
