Edmond Healthcare Management is seeking a licensed CNA to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in Edmond, OK. You will follow the resident’s care plan, assist with ADLs, document assessments, and coordinate with nursing staff to ensure quality care and safety.

Qualifications

• Must possess a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed CNA in accordance with state laws.
• Must read, write, and understand the English language.
• Ability to provide care to elderly residents and work as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide routine daily nursing care per assessment and care plan.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts in an informative manner.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse/Supervisor.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility.
• Maintain infection prevention and control procedures.
• Attend shift reports and document required data.
