Job summary

TarponBayou is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in a Florida facility. You will follow each resident's care plan, assist with daily activities, and work closely with nursing staff to ensure comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include identifying residents before procedures, documenting care, and reporting changes promptly. You will help maintain a calm environment and uphold privacy and safety policies at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret basic care plans and charts.
• CPR certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care according to care plans.
• Identify residents before delivering treatments or meals.
• Document care and report changes to nurse supervisor.
• Assist residents with daily activities to maintain comfort and safety.
• Ensure room is ready and belongings are organized for admission or transfer.
