Job summary

Concordia Manor SS Pinellas VI Community HC, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in line with their care plans, under supervision.

You will identify residents before tasks, document accurately, protect privacy, and report any changes to the Nurse Supervisor. Expect collaboration with nursing staff to maintain a warm, safe environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, an 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
• Mathematical Skills: apply fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions.
• Reasoning Ability to solve practical problems and deal with concrete variables.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plan.
• Identify residents using wristband or photo card before tasks.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information including protected health information.
• Assist residents with daily functions and personal care as instructed.
• Follow established policies and procedures and cooperate with staff to meet resident needs.
