Job summary

Community seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant in Florida to provide daily nursing care per each resident's care plan. You will identify residents, document changes, and support care activities across shifts in a patient-centered unit.

Expect to adhere to policies, maintain confidentiality, and assist with daily living tasks. CPR may be preferred; pay ranges are posted and benefits align with facility standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess licensed CNA certification in accordance with state law.
• Ability to identify residents and provide routine daily nursing care per care plans.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills for flow sheets and notes.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments and meals using wristbands or photo cards.
• Record entries and changes in resident condition in flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes, accidents, or incidents promptly to supervisors.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and follow policies.
• Assist with daily functions and prepare residents for tests or examinations.
• Support transfer, discharge, and transportation of residents as needed.
