Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated CNA/Direct Care Giver to provide quality care to residents, supporting daily living activities and promoting independence and engagement in community activities.

Responsibilities include reporting changes, assisting with mobility and dining, maintaining documentation, and working cooperatively with the nursing team. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days is required. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA license from the State in which the community is located and in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in-writing.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to function independently and participate in community activities.
• Report incidents and maintain proper documentation.
• Assist with meals, mobility, and transfers using proper body mechanics.
• Respond to resident calls and emergencies promptly and calmly.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
