Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care (bathing, feeding, ambulation).
• Record vitals, I&O, and daily weights; document in EMR.
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges; orient patient to room.
• Collect specimens and perform point-of-care testing as directed.
• Maintain stock, clean equipment, and manage patient belongings.
