Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Document entries promptly in flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and warm environment for residents.
