Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality personal care and support to residents. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, and dining, while ensuring accurate charting and resident advocacy.

Requirements include active CNA certification, CPR/BLS, and a high school diploma. Prior CNA experience is preferred but not required; strong English communication is essential in a fast-paced facility setting.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in good standing with the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and a valid Food Handler Permit.
• One year of CNA experience preferred but not required.
• English reading, writing, speaking proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and dental care.
• Aid mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics and assist with safe transfers.
• Coordinate mealtime setup, tray delivery, table prep, and nutritional support.
• Monitor and document vital signs, track weight, and inspect for skin integrity; report changes to nursing supervisor.
• Complete daily flow sheets and care documentation per care plans.
• Advocate for residents, maintain HIPAA confidentiality, and report safety or infection control concerns.
