Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care for assigned residents in accordance with care plans. Responsibilities include shift reporting, assisting with meals, housekeeping, and documentation, while maintaining privacy and patient dignity.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Current CNA certification in the state is required.
• Licensed CNA with approved training and exams.
• Must read, write, speak English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Patient, tactful, and cheerful demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily shift report and communicate urgent needs to the next shift.
• Assist with resident care including housekeeping, laundry, and meals.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts accurately.
• Report changes in resident condition to DON/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality.
• Participate in continuing education and staff meetings.
