Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver personalized care according to care plans in a supportive setting.

You will assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, promote independence, and maintain dignity while reporting changes to the clinical team. You’ll engage with residents and families, and participate in ongoing training and compliance with privacy rules.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Participate in ongoing learning through attendance at educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
