Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a compassionate CNA to deliver individualized resident care. You will assist with ADLs, report health changes to the clinical team, and engage with residents and families to create positive experiences.

This role emphasizes ongoing learning, privacy compliance, and performing additional duties as assigned. A CNA certification and a High School diploma or GED are required, with a focus on dignity and love in care delivery.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
