Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a caring Certified Nursing Assistant to provide individualized care based on each resident’s plan. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living, promoting independence while preserving dignity, and communicate health changes to the clinical team.

You will engage residents and families with compassion, participate in ongoing education, and maintain strict confidentiality. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through educational seminars and staff meetings.
• Comply with rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
