Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver individualized care based on each resident's care plan. You will assist with ADLs, promote independence, and report health changes to the clinical team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current certification from an accredited CNA program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care per resident care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engage in ongoing learning through seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
