Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver care aligned with each resident’s plan in a supportive environment. You will assist with ADLs, promoting independence and dignity.

You will report health changes to the clinical team, connect with residents and families, engage in ongoing learning, and uphold strict privacy standards while performing additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL assistance while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report health status changes to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families in a compassionate manner.
• Participate in training and educational seminars.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
