Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide individualized care based on each resident’s care plan in a respectful, patient-centered environment.

You will assist with ADLs while promoting independence and dignity, report health changes to the clinical team, and engage with residents and families to create a positive experience. Regular learning and confidentiality compliance are expected.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care per resident care plans.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
