This full-time role requires Texas CNA certification, reliable attendance, and the ability to document vitals, assist with mobility, and support residents with dignity and safety. We value teamwork and patient rights.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Accurately record information and perform technical procedures.
• Communicates well and demonstrates self-discipline and patience.
• Genuinely cares for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Understands and upholds Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare and dressing.
• Maintain resident environment: change linens and stock supplies.
• Support mobility: safely ambulate and transfer residents with assistive devices.
• Record vitals, weights, intake/output and meal consumption.
• Assist with positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage engagement: lead range of motion exercises and reality orientation.
