Qualifications

• Must hold Texas CNA certification.
• Able to accurately record information and perform basic procedures.
• Strong communication and patient, family, and team interactions.
• Genuine care for elderly and disabled residents.
• Understanding of Patient Bill of Rights and employee responsibilities.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, pericare, dressing) following policy guidelines.
• Maintain resident environment by changing linens and stocking supplies.
• Support mobility by safely ambulating and transferring residents with assistive devices.
• Record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption accurately.
• Assist with positioning to ensure comfort and safety.
• Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.
