Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will provide compassionate daily care to residents and work closely with the care team to maintain high-quality service.
The ideal candidate holds a Texas CNA certification, can record vitals and care notes accurately, and communicates with patience and professionalism. You will assist with grooming, mobility, safety, and engagement to support residents’ well-being.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant from the State of Texas is required.
- Accurate documentation of vitals, weights, intake/output and meals.
- Strong communication, self-discipline and patience.
Responsibilities
- Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, pericare, dressing.
- Maintain Resident Environment: change linens, stock supplies.
- Support Mobility: assist with ambulation and transfers using proper body mechanics.
- Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output and meals.
- Assist with Positioning: turn/reposition residents for comfort and safety.
- Encourage Engagement: lead range of motion exercises and reality orientation as directed.
