Qualifications
- Must hold Texas CNA certification and be able to document vitals and care activities.
- Ability to record vitals, intake/output, and meal consumption accurately.
- Commitment to patient rights and safety policies.
- Willingness to work with elderly residents and disabled individuals.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care including grooming, bathing, pericare, catheter care, and dressing.
- Maintain and stock resident environment and supplies.
- Support mobility with safe transfers and body mechanics.
- Record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals.
- Assist with positioning and ROM exercises as directed.
- Encourage engagement and orientation for residents.
