Qualifications

• Must hold a current Texas CNA license
• Ability to accurately record vitals and patient information
• Demonstrates patient-centered care and reliability

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including grooming, bathing, pericare, and dressing
• Maintain clean resident environment by changing linens and stocking supplies
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers using proper body mechanics
• Record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption accurately
• Assist with positioning and ROM exercises for comfort and safety
• Encourage engagement and provide orientation as directed
