Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care to residents. The role emphasizes reliability, attendance, and teamwork within the care team to ensure high-quality service.

You will assist with personal care, maintain the resident environment, support mobility, document vital information, help with positioning, and encourage engagement as directed by the care plan. A Texas CNA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Texas CNA certification
• Provide personal care and support following policy guidelines
• Demonstrate compassion, reliability, and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, pericare, catheter care, dressing
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens, stock supplies
• Support Mobility: assist with ambulation and transfers using proper body mechanics
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, meals
• Assist with Positioning: turn/reposition residents for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: lead ROM exercises and provide reality orientation
