Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. This full-time role supports residents with daily living activities, records vitals and meal intake, assists with mobility and positioning, and works with the care team to ensure safety, dignity, and comfort.

Applicants must hold a Texas CNA certification, demonstrate compassion for the elderly and disabled, and adhere to safety policies and the Patient Bill of Rights.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Ability to accurately record information and perform basic clinical procedures.
• Excellent communication, self-discipline, and patience.
• Cares for elderly and disabled individuals with compassion.
• Understands and upholds the Patient Bill of Rights and employee responsibilities.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as grooming, bathing, pericare, and dressing per policy.
• Maintain resident environment by changing linens and stocking supplies.
• Safely assist mobility with devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption accurately.
• Assist with positioning and ROM exercises as directed.
• Support engagement and orientation as needed.
