Topaz Fiscal Services is seeking compassionate and self-driven CNAs to perform direct resident care under supervision of licensed nurses in a long-term care setting in Shreveport, Louisiana. You will help residents with daily living activities and promote a home-like environment aligned with care plans.

Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, grooming, assisting with mobility, monitoring health indicators, and documenting care and observations.

Qualificações

• Ability to communicate with residents and nursing staff.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct resident care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living.
• Takes and records temperatures, blood pressure, pulse, respiration, height and weight.
• Notifies supervisor of changes in residents' conditions.
