Job summary

Qualifications

• Communicate with residents and nursing staff.
• Speak, read, and write English.
• LTC nursing assistant experience preferred; or equivalent.
• Complete State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and CE Program.
• Maintain good standing in state registry.

Responsibilities

• Answer call signals and ensure lights are accessible.
• Provide direct resident care: bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Assist with bowel and bladder functions and hydration.
• Record care and report changes to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards.
