Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under licensed supervision. You will promote a compassionate environment, assist with daily living activities, and support the care team in monitoring residents' condition.

Responsibilities include hygiene, feeding assistance, vital signs recording, safety monitoring, and participating in care planning. CPR certification and state CNA credentials are required or in progress where allowed.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification from state.
• Maintain CPR Certification.
• High School Graduate or GED.
• Non-certified option available for some facilities under CNA classes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care of residents daily and as needed.
• Change bed linens and maintain supplies.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and food intake.
• Promote teamwork and hospitality for residents.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
• Attend in-service education programs to meet requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of records and protect residents from neglect.
