Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services LLC seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to assist residents under supervision of licensed nursing personnel. You will help with daily living activities, hygiene, feeding support, and mobility, while promoting a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification from state.
• Maintain CPR Certification.
• High School Graduate or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care for residents daily and as needed.
• Ambulate and transfer residents with assistive devices.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and food consumption.
• Observe changes in resident condition and report to Charge Nurse.
• Assist in collecting data for MDS and care plan input.
• Promote teamwork and comfort for residents.
