• Ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and food consumption as assigned.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to Charge Nurse.
• Assist in collecting data for MDS and plan of care; provide input to nurses.
