Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to perform direct resident care under licensed supervision. You will promote a compassionate environment and support residents with daily activities, mobility, vital signs, and feeding assistance.

The role requires NY State certs? (Note: see qualifications). You will participate in plan of care development and maintain confidentiality while ensuring safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification from state.
• Maintain CPR Certification.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care) to residents daily and as needed.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record resident vitals, weights, intake/output, and food consumption.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to Charge Nurse.
• Prepare residents for meals and assist with dining as needed.
