Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of professional caregiving experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• CNA or HCA license and First Aid/CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers).
• Provide emotional support, companionship, and encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Maintain safety, privacy, and dignity, following community protocols.
