Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under licensed supervision. You will support daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and assist with transfers, positioning, and basic housekeeping to maintain a safe, compassionate environment.

The role emphasizes resident rights, teamwork with nursing staff, and a focus on quality outcomes. Evening shifts (PT) are available with comprehensive benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state where the facility operates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team and under licensed staff.
• Customer service oriented with ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) within scope of practice and care plan.
• Record resident vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other information.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate devices and body mechanics.
• Turn and position residents; maintain safety and comfort.
• Support resident rights and dignity within care environment.
• Assist in orientation and training of staff; aid in special projects.
