Signature HealthCARE LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care, including activities of daily living, under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. Qualifications

• Must have current, active CNA certification from the state where the facility operates.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff and other team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
• Assist with ADLs within the resident's plan of care and state regulations.
• Ambulate, transfer, and position residents using proper equipment and body mechanics.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other measurements.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards in assigned areas.
• Respond promptly to call lights and assist residents as needed.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
• Support resident rights and choices within the care environment.
