Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents according to the resident's assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments, serving meals, etc.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts in an informative, descriptive manner.
• Report changes in resident's condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
• Report accidents or incidents observed on shift.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information including protected health information.
