Good Samaritan Society in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide resident-centered care in long-term care settings. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health needs, and support a safe, compassionate environment under RN supervision.

Responsibilities include vital signs, hygiene, mobility, meal support, and documentation. Night shifts, 8-hour blocks, and a strong team focus are key parts of this role with opportunities for sign-on bonuses in some cases.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to RN.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and dining experience.
• Maintain infection control and safety procedures per policy.
