Job summary

WOODSIDE is seeking a CN A PRN to provide routine daily nursing care per care plans. The role requires identifying residents, assisting with daily activities, and maintaining a safe, caring environment.

You will report to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse, document care, and ensure confidentiality of resident information. Training and adherence to policies are essential to deliver quality care in a compassionate setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a CNA license/certification as required by state laws.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and procedures.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before providing care using wristband or photo ID.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any disclosure violations.
• Assist residents with daily functions and personal care as directed by care plans.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
