Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) as per state laws.
• CPR certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials or procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident assessment and care plan under supervision.
• Identify residents before administering treatments and recording information using approved abbreviations.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any unauthorized disclosures.
