Job summary

GRANDVIEW in is seeking a registered CNA for PRN healthcare support. You will provide routine nursing care per care plans, identify residents, and report changes to supervision. Duties include assisting with daily activities, documenting care, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Must be a licensed CNA per state law; CPR preferred. Strong communication and adherence to privacy are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports, correspondence, and procedures.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plans.
• Identify residents using wristband or photo card before procedures.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and PHI.
• Assist with daily living activities and meals as needed.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
• Follow safety procedures and infection control policies.
