Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant license in state (preferred, not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit.
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides CNA services to residents per care plans and supervisor directions.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans and policies.
• Assists with transferring, turning, and positioning residents.
• Coordinates dining room services during meals and documents intake.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and tracks intake.
• Monitors residents' weight and skin condition and informs nurse of changes.
