Job summary

Rocky Mountain Personal Care in Woods Cross, UT is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personal care and assist residents with ADLs in a supportive, dignity‑driven environment. Responsibilities include helping with bathing, dressing, mobility, meals, and charting; maintaining HIPAA compliance; and supporting clinical staff with routine monitoring.

Requirements: active CNA license in good standing, High School diploma, CPR/BLS, food handler permit, and English

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing with the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and a valid Food Handler Permit.
• One year of CNA experience in a Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living facility is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English professionally.

Responsibilities

• ADLs: assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and dental care.
• Mobility and transfers: assist with turning, lifting, and safe positioning.
• Nutritional support: setup/delivery of meals and feeding assistance.
• Clinical monitoring: track vitals, document changes, report to nurse.
• Accurate charting: complete daily flow sheets per care plans.
• Resident advocacy: protect rights and HIPAA compliance.
