Job summary

ROCKY MOUNTAIN PERSONAL CARE - NEVADA LLC in Woods Cross, UT seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident care according to care plans and facility policies. Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit.
• At least one year of experience as a CNA in long-term care (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Assists resident with activities of daily living per care plans and policies.
• Assists with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinates dining room services at mealtimes, delivers meals, and documents intake.
• Documents weight and care progress in charts and EMR per supervisor.
• Reports changes in resident condition to nurse and supervisor.
• Maintains confidentiality and follows infection control policies.
