StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support nursing staff in providing compassionate care to residents. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, mobility, dining services, and monitoring residents' health under supervision.

Qualified candidates should hold a CNA certification in good standing, have a high school diploma or GED, and ideally possess CPR/BLS certification with at least one year of long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Aide certification in good standing required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• At least one year of CNA experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form within an interdisciplinary care setting.

Responsabilités

• Provides supportive services to nurse and other staff as needed.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans and procedures.
• Assists residents with lifting, turning, moving, and positioning.
• Coordinates dining room services, including setup, delivery, feeding, and documentation.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and documents intake.
• Records resident weights and notifies nurse of changes.
• Monitors skin condition and reports issues to nurse and supervisor.
• Assists with toileting program activities.
• Completes daily progress flow sheets and informs supervisor of factors affecting work.
